Hybrid – Charlotte, NC/ Chicago, IL/ Minneapolis, MN/ Irving, TX

18 Month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Calculated Hire is in search of a Business Execution Consultant with strong Loan IQ expertise for our Fortune 100 Financial Services client. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the transition from Syndications to Bilateral loans within the Loan IQ platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Loan IQ SME, guiding stakeholders through conversion and transition processes.
• Work between Tech and Product teams to define requirements and implement roadmap changes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze impacts on operations, validate functionality, and ensure smooth adoption.
• Support Loan IQ integration at a large commercial bank, ensuring best practices and compliance standards are met.
• Engage in requirement gathering, process documentation, and change management efforts.
• Provide critical analysis, test validation, and workflow alignment to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Lending Operations, or Strategic Planning within commercial banking.
• Must have Loan IQ experience in a large banking environment.
• Strong background in commercial lending, focusing on syndications, bilateral loans, and servicing.
• Excellent analytical skills, process-mapping expertise, and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
