Job summary

TP ICAP USA, located in New York, is seeking a Trade Support professional to produce timely and accurate books and records, supporting Capital Markets, Fixed Income, Futures, Equities and FX. The role emphasizes accuracy, data management, and collaboration with the Client Support Services manager.

Role involves processing trades, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and adhering to TP ICAP protocols and regulatory oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support trade processes and data management.
• Generate client reports and assist with portfolio management tasks.
• Collaborate with Client Support Services and operations teams.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with regulatory rules in trade processing.
• Identify and resolve trade discrepancies and post-trade issues.
• Serve as liaison between brokers and back office for trade matters.
