TP ICAP Group in New York is seeking a Trading/Operations Support professional to ensure timely, accurate books and trade data. You will back office liaison with brokers and clients, support data management, client reporting and portfolio management in a hybrid environment near lower Manhattan.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and strong communication with senior management and brokers.

Responsabilidades

• Supports trade processes, data management, client reporting and portfolio management functions.
• Works closely with the Client Support Services Manager.
• Process post-trade amendments.
• Identify and resolve trade discrepancies and breaks.
• Liaise between brokers and back office on trade issues.
• Escalate to clients or brokers regarding end-of-day recaps, confirmations and STP messaging.
• Ensure trade processing and reporting comply with regulatory rules.
