Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. seeks a results-oriented trade marketing professional to shape and execute the trade marketing calendar for retailers, e-retailers, and freestanding stores. You will lead strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives to optimize trade marketing.

You will develop strategies, present at meetings, evaluate activations, and manage budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and brand growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in marketing, business or communication.
• 3+ years of work experience with trade marketing in a B2C market.
• Strong communication, presenting and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategy and plan based on business and shopper insights that support short- and long-term objectives.
• Develop and present Trade Marketing presentations at sales & retailer meetings.
• Identify business potentials and develop tactical actions based on these insights.
• Develop and secure best-in-class execution of off- and online brand activation activities and coop advertising.
• Evaluate trade activations and follow up on monthly retail sales.
• Budget management.
