This role strengthens salon development partners and field sales teams while supporting strategic commercial initiatives. Traveling approximately 75%, you will deliver onboarding, coaching, and tailored education programs, ensuring brand standards and a superior customer experience in the field.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in field sales enablement and coaching.
• Ability to deliver education programs and product knowledge training.

Aufgaben

• Lead onboarding and field integration for newly hired SDPs; upskill field sales teams in product knowledge and selling skills.
• Coach sales representatives on customer engagement and growth conversations.
• Execute brand sales initiatives and ensure brand standards in-market.
• Provide interim territory coverage and collaborate with regional teams to maximize impact.
• Deliver customized education programs to strengthen salon performance.
• Track education activities and outcomes using standard measures and reporting.
