Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cash movements and funding for DDA-like accounts.
• Proficiency with systems/tools for financial data reconciliation and ledger management.
• Advanced process-improvement methodologies with operational impact.
• Experience leading strategic projects with Product, Tech, Change partners (change mgmt).
• Proficiency in automation technologies and architecture for trading environments.
• Exposure to BI tools and data analysis (Tableau/Alteryx/UiPath/OwlDQ).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage funding for managed demand deposit accounts, ensuring proper wire allocations within thresholds.
• Participate in ledger reconciliation with detailed investigations across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to secure funding and build productive relationships.
• Contribute to end-to-end trade lifecycle process improvements using established methodologies.
• Support strategic initiatives with Product, Tech and Change partners; drive change management.
• Understand risk management and escalate issues above materiality thresholds for resolution.
• Ensure day-to-day queries are handled within SLAs and escalate as needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis to increase STP and reduce client inquiries.
