Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in managing cash movements and funding for DDA accounts.
• Proficiency with systems for financial data reconciliation and ledger management.
• Experience leading or supporting strategic projects with Product/Tech/Change partners.
• Familiarity with automation and data analytics tools in trading environments.
• Exposure to BI tools like Tableau/Alteryx; comfortable handling data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage funding for managed DDA deposits within thresholds.
• Participate in ledger reconciliation using diverse systems and tools.
• Collaborate across lines of business to enable proper funding.
• Support end-to-end trade lifecycle process improvements with BPM methods.
• Assists in strategic projects with Product, Tech and Change partners.
• Understand risk management and escalate issues per materiality guidelines.
• Ensure day-to-day queries are resolved within SLAs and escalate when needed.
• Perform root cause analysis to increase STP and reduce client inquiries.
