Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Trade Lifecycle Associate I to manage the pre- and post-trading life cycle across asset classes. You will coordinate cash movements and funding, and collaborate with product, tech, and change teams to implement process improvements.

You will guide others, apply analytical judgment within defined boundaries, and develop data/tech literacy while supporting seamless trade processing on our platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing cash movements and funding for managed accounts.
• Proficient in using systems for reconciliation and ledger management.
• Advanced process improvement experience in a financial services environment.
• Experience leading strategic projects with Product, Tech, and Change partners.
• Proficiency in automation technologies and systems architecture in trading environments.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools (Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, OwlDQ).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA’s).
• Participate in reconciliation of ledgers through detailed investigation using various systems and tools.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to facilitate proper funding and drive outcomes.
• Review and improve end-to-end trade lifecycle processes using process improvement methodologies.
• Support strategic projects in partnership with Product, Tech, and Change partners.
• Understand Risk Management and manage issues above materiality thresholds for resolution.
• Ensure day-to-day queries are handled within SLAs and escalate as needed.
• Perform root cause analysis to increase Straight Through Processing (STP) and reduce inquiries.
