JPMorgan Chase in New Jersey is seeking a Trade Lifecycle Manager I to oversee pre- and post-trading processes across asset classes, ensuring accurate cash movements and proper funding coordination. You will handle day-to-day operations, risk monitoring, collateral movements, and client service to our Prime Brokerage/Hedge Fund clients, with a focus on process enhancements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Broker Dealer Ops experience or similar background.
• Strong Excel and financial data analysis skills.
• Regulatory knowledge and ability to obtain Series 99 and SIE within 6 months.
• Ability to manage collateral movements and funding processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize client collateral and monitor its movement.
• Answer incoming margin settlement requests, compare to exposure, and agree on asset movements.
• Continue development of the Prime Brokerage Margin Service offering.
• Prevent payments from causing deficits and follow up on counterparty issues.
• Maintain a controlled environment by updating procedures.
• Report issues to management and respond to inquiries.
• Support reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and assist with reporting.
• Handle ad hoc requests, investigations, and audits.
• Review processes, suggest improvements, and implement enhancements.
• Participate in strategic STP initiatives and complex changes.
• Ensure full compliance with control and educational requirements.
