• Apply advanced analytical skills to develop solutions for complex issues while ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Liaise with departments, manage projects, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives using systems architecture knowledge.
• Establish relationships with internal stakeholders, present to senior management, and manage change effectively.
• Continuously improve market product knowledge and data/tech literacy to optimize operations and support informed decisions.
• Assist with ad hoc projects such as portfolio transitions or system testing as needed by management.
