Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Finance Leader to own forecasting and analytics for roughly $2B in Retail Domestic Trade and related Gross-to-Net spend. You will plan, forecast, close, and review performance while partnering with Brand Finance and Business Development to manage P&L and communications.

The role includes leading a team, contributing to finance-wide initiatives, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
MBA, CPA or CMA designation preferred.
Minimum 7 years of professional business and finance experience.
Experience managing and developing teams preferred.
Experience with P&L management, financial systems and accounting principles.
Ability to build partnerships with leaders and cross-functional teams.
Experience leading projects across departments.

Responsibilities

Own forecasting and analytics for ~ $2B in Retail Domestic Trade and Gross-to-Net.
Lead annual operating plan for Trade, Slotting and customer deductions.
Manage month-end / quarter-end close activities and explain drivers.
Partner with Brand Finance, Business Development and cross-functional teams.
Develop financial scorecards, dashboards and performance metrics.
Coach and develop direct reports and drive process improvements.
