Job summary

Conagra Brands in Chicago seeks a Finance Analyst to join the Global Markets unit, reporting to the Finance Manager. You will support sales outside North America and collaborate across 50+ brands in 50+ countries in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Responsibilities include FP&A, forecasting, month-end close, and developing analyses to guide pricing, product development, and partnerships. This role emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and strategic insight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional finance experience.
• Experience with P&L management and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software.
• Proficient in Excel, Power Query, and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Be a finance partner for assigned business functions on accounting and finance questions.
• Assist with Annual Operating Plan and strategic P&L planning.
• Update monthly forecasts and provide forward-looking insights.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Develop analyses and models for product development, pricing, and customer analysis.
• Lead and support projects across multiple financial disciplines.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting tools.
• Deliver periodic reporting and performance metrics to leaders.
