Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. in Smyrna, TN is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support training processes at PCI Nashville 532 operations located in Smyrna. This role requires at least 5 years as a Foreman, OSHA 30 certification, and drywall finishing expertise.

You will conduct training, track progress, respond to training inquiries, develop criteria, and maintain training records while promoting opportunities and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working in the construction industry as a Foreman.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Expertise in Drywall Finishing and Drywall Finishing Tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and verify employee retention
• Respond to inquiries and support requests on all training and certification needs
• Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress
• Create training schedules, track, and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the Customer as requested
• Assist Customer and PCI in development of Training and Testing Criteria as required
• Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention
• Other duties as assigned.
