Job summary

Performance Contracting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to support training processes at our Nashville area operations in Smyrna, TN. You will manage training programs, track certification progress, and report outcomes to improve employee development and retention.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in construction as a foreman, OSHA 30, and drywall finishing expertise, with strong communication and safety leadership to drive program success.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Foreman.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Expertise in Drywall Finishing and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and verify employee retention.
• Respond to inquiries and support requests on training and certification needs.
• Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.
• Create training schedules, track and report outcomes, and maintain training records for the Customer as requested.
• Assist Customer and PCI in developing Training and Testing Criteria as required.
• Market company training opportunities and provide information on benefits to encourage job retention.
• Other duties as assigned.
