Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 10 years with a Graduate degree.
• Alternative: 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading import/export teams and EO responsibilities.
• Experience with ITAR and EAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing trade compliance team.
• Influence business and financial outcomes with licensing guidance.
• Establish and enforce policies meeting ITAR/EAR and US regulations.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Act as Empowered Official (EO) for the sector program.
• Oversee export/import compliance per ITAR/EAR and CBP.
• Develop and execute trade compliance training for stakeholders.
• Conduct internal audits and support regulatory reporting.
• Oversee investigations of non-compliance.
• Collaborate with other functions to align with goals.
