Job summary

Boeing's Insitu unit seeks a experienced trade compliance licensing professional to manage export licensing across an international client portfolio. You will draft and administer export agreements, licenses, and jurisdiction requests, acting as an empowered official under ITAR to support new opportunities and ongoing programs.

The role emphasizes license lifecycle management, classification work, and collaboration with engineering teams across the Unmanned Aerial System domain.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in drafting and managing U.S. export authorities.
• Knowledge of ITAR and EAR license lifecycle management.
• Experience drafting Commodity Jurisdictions and CCATS.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor licensing activity for compliance and accuracy; draft responses to inquiries.
• Develop reports from licensing data and metrics.
• Establish export licensing and compliance programs; adjust content as needed.
• Draft and manage export license applications for customer deliveries and development activities.
• Review technical data for proper export classification and compliance.
• Coordinate watch list screening and licensing support for international travel.
