Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Manager, Trade Compliance to lead and enhance the export compliance program across Teledyne Aerospace & Defense Electronics units. This hands-on role oversees classifications, licensing, tech transfers, shipment reviews, audits, training, and investigations while partnering with business leaders and Corporate Trade Compliance.

The ideal candidate brings strong EAR/ITAR expertise, 5+ years in trade compliance, and the ability to drive compliance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, Law, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of trade compliance experience, including responsibility for U.S. export compliance programs.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. export regulations (EAR/ITAR) and licensing.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and process improvements.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Eligibility to apply for export control licenses in the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage trade compliance programs for multiple Teledyne U.S. business units.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and controls.
• Supervise Trade Compliance personnel and provide coaching and development.
• Serve as SME for export classification, licensing, transfers, and screening.
• Lead compliance assessments, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support Corporate International Trade Compliance on inquiries and disclosures.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement program enhancements.
