MANTECH seeks a motivated Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team on Oahu, Hawaii. The role focuses on regulatory assessments, export verifications, and documentation under senior guidance.

You will develop procedures ensuring ITAR/EAR compliance and manage licensing and cross-border workflow processes. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience and foundational ITAR/EAR or customs brokering training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares regulatory compliance assessments, Export Verification Reports, and trade documentation under senior guidance.
• Develop localized standard operating procedures to align with ITAR, EAR, and cross-border regulations.
• Maintain tracking matrices for export licenses and Host Nation customs permits for audits.
• Execute day-to-day international trade screening, customs clearance, and cargo clearance workflows in USPACOM AOR.
• Coordinate with husbanding agents or Customs Authorities to facilitate rapid material throughput at logistics nodes.
• Monitor regulatory tracking logs and identify compliance risks across distributed, infrastructure-limited areas.

Job description

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Prepares regulatory compliance assessments, Export Verification Reports, and trade documentation under senior guidance.
• Develop localized standard operating procedures to maintain alignment with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and cross-border operational regulations.
• Maintain tracking matrices for export licenses and Host Nation customs permits to support compliance audits.
• Executes day-to-day international trade screening, customs clearance processing, and cargo clearance workflows in the USPACOM AOR.
• Compile technical data packages, draft theater-specific compliance checklists, and coordinate with husbanding agents or Customs Authorities to facilitate rapid material throughput at logistics nodes.
• Monitor regulatory tracking logs and support the identification of compliance risks across distributed, infrastructure-limited areas.
• Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Foundational certification or training in ITAR/EAR Compliance or Customs Brokering.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience processing military customs documentation or border clearance packages.
• Familiarity with automated export declaration systems.
• Technical experience handling compliance metrics in OCONUS theater environments.

Clearance Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
