Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to work outdoors, in the elements, and across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Shadow a senior team member to learn repairs to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Follow all shop safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
• Maintain professional communication with J.B. Hunt personnel and customers.
• Train to perform routine preventative maintenance and basic repairs on air brake systems and FHWA inspections.
