Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outdoors, nights, weekends, or across multiple shifts.
• Basic reading/comprehension of English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Shadow a senior technician to learn repairs to company and manufacturer specs.
• Follow shop safety procedures and complete required training.
• Assist with routine maintenance and air brake system work under supervision.
• Learn to complete work orders and understand warranty guidelines.
