Job summary

You will troubleshoot issues, complete fleet maintenance processes, and ensure units meet company specs. The role may involve outdoors, variable shifts, and overtime with full-time attendance. Minimum qualifications include 18+ years old with 1-2 years in semi-tractor maintenance, plus A/C certification and DOT/FHWA inspection experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with 1-2 years of Semi-Tractor maintenance/repair or equivalent.
• A/C Certification required; DOT/FHWA inspections experience preferred.
• Own basic tools or participate in toolbox program; willingness to work outdoors and irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform intermediate maintenance, service, and repair of tractors and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and complete fleet maintenance per company specs.
• Follow shop safety procedures and maintain clear communication with JB Hunt personnel and customers.
• Complete work orders and adhere to standard repair times and warranty guidelines.
