Job summary

Kubota Corporation is seeking a non-equipment operations associate to support parts and whole goods inquiries and ensure dealer satisfaction. The role operates Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, and involves expediting orders, inventory control, and shipping using FedEx.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years in a similar environment, with knowledge of SAP and Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1+ years of experience in a similar environment and role preferred.
Knowledge and experience with SAP, Windows-based programs and operating systems preferred.
Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with dealers, department manager, office and warehouse employees.
Experience with engines, parts and functions.

Responsibilities

Expedite orders for delivery.
Route and process parts and whole goods received for inventory to ensure stock is organized and concise.
Maintain inventory within warehouse to ensure order and efficiency.
Audit and verify current inventory to ensure appropriate quantities of stock.
Load various carriers of Kubota parts and equipment.
Ship items out using FedEx; perform general warehouse housekeeping; participate in mid-year & year-end inventory.
