U.S. Xpress is seeking a Technician, I Tractor in the SHIPPENSBURG USX TERMINAL. The role runs Mon-Fri 16:00–12:30 and is not remote. It requires basic preventive maintenance on tractors, along with basic repairs and inspections per PM guidelines.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a diesel tech diploma is preferred. DOT and Brake certs are required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical Diploma in Diesel Technology preferred.
• DOT and Brake certifications required to perform PMs.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic preventative maintenance and repairs on tractors.
• Maintain a high productivity level and complete most jobs within or close to SRT times.
• Change vehicle tires.
• Grease mechanical parts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
