Crystalautos is seeking a full-time Shop Foreman/Lead to guide our service team in Leesburg, FL. This role focuses on diagnostic-led repairs, agricultural equipment service, and strong leadership to ensure high-quality work.

The successful candidate will manage repair orders, coordinate with the Service Manager, and uphold warranty standards while mentoring technicians. A positive, proactive attitude and ability to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Diesel mechanic experience preferred; service technician experience required.
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
• Dexterity and steady hand with hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and according to dealership standards.
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain and repair agricultural equipment.
• Communicate with Service Manager about additional services needed.
• Provide time estimates for repairs and execute warranty work as per specs.
• Inspect completed units to ensure repairs are thorough and correct.
• Hold team accountable and address issues early to prevent repeats.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership.
• Test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment
• Communicate directly with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Set clear standards.
• Dispatch work according to priority and follow through on progress.
• Hold people accountable, including themselves, and communicate issues early.
• Inspect completed units and ensure repairs are completed properly.
• Prevent repeat repairs by ensuring technicians are performing professional work.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diesel mechanic experience preferred
• Service Technician experience required
• Kubota experience preferred
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
