Job summary

Nelson Tractor Company is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Service Department in a busy shop environment. You will service and repair tractors, mowers, and construction equipment, working with a supportive team to meet customer needs.

You will diagnose mechanical issues, help prepare repair estimates, stay current with training, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere designed to ensure every job is done right and customers leave satisfied.

Qualifications

• Experience in repair/maintenance of agricultural and/or construction equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use diagnostic/computer tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.
• Owns the tools needed for the job.

Job Overview:

Nelson Tractor Company is a leading dealer in agriculture and construction equipment, and we’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Service Technician to join our Service Department. This is a full-time position working with a wide variety of equipment, like Kubota, in a fast-paced, supportive shop environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Service and repair tractors, mowers, and construction equipment
• Diagnose mechanical issues and help prepare estimates for repairs
• Work closely with Service Advisors to make sure we’re meeting customer needs
• Stay current with ongoing training and best practices
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop atmosphere
• Ensure every job is done right and the customer leaves satisfied

• Solid experience in the repair and maintenance of ag and/or construction equipment
