Egis in the U.S. is seeking a Project Manager, Traction Power for our Sacramento, CA office.

You will manage electrical systems across the project lifecycle, from design through energization and handover, focusing on power systems, substations, and complex infrastructure delivery. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in power engineering and project management, with strong coordination across utilities, SCADA, and multidisciplinary teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years delivering power systems and electrical infrastructure projects.
• 10+ years of project management for large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Experience managing electrical systems through design, construction, testing, energization, and handover.
• Experience with substations, MV distribution, utility interconnections, and protection systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of traction power, medium voltage, and auxiliary power systems through design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, energization, and operational handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, change management activities, and stakeholder engagement for electrical infrastructure work packages.
• Coordinate interfaces between power systems, utilities, SCADA, signaling, facilities, operations, and other project disciplines.
• Manage utilities, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and commissioning teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee the integration and delivery of substations, utility interconnections, medium-voltage distribution systems, power monitoring, protection systems, and related electrical infrastructure.
• Support permitting, utility coordination, regulatory approvals, energization readiness, and compliance activities required for system implementation and operation.
• Lead construction oversight, testing, commissioning, defect resolution, operational readiness, and final system acceptance activities.
