AECOM is seeking a Project Engineer, Traction Power and Medium Voltage for on-site roles in California (Sacramento, Fresno, or Bakersfield). The role oversees traction power, MV distribution, and auxiliary systems on a major transportation project, with substantial travel across the Central Valley.

Responsibilities include coordinating interfaces with OCS, signaling, SCADA, and stations, reviewing electrical studies, and supporting energization activities.

Formación

• Requires a BA/BS + 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical coordination.
• Experience reviewing specifications, calculations, and design deliverables within large-scale rail projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering coordination for traction power and MV/auxiliary power across design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning phases.
• Coordinate interfaces between traction power, signaling, SCADA, and maintenance teams.
• Review studies, protection schemes, load flow analyses, and design deliverables; support testing and energization.
