W Racingteam is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and maintain all IT systems across headquarters, workshop, and trackside environments. You will ensure reliable networks and data links for race operations and collaborate with engineers and management to keep systems secure and available.

Responsibilities include setting up race-weekend IT infrastructure, overseeing servers and backups, and providing on-site and remote support.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, etc.) are an advantage.

Responsabilités

Manage and maintain all IT systems across HQ, workshop, and trackside environments.
Set up and support race-weekend IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, timing systems, and data links.
Oversee server, storage, and backup solutions for performance data and engineering files.
Provide on-site and remote user support for engineers, mechanics, and management staff.
Ensure cybersecurity best practices, including firewall management, antivirus, and access control.
Maintain and deploy IT hardware (laptops, radios, switches, cameras, tablets, etc.).
Liaise with external vendors and motorsport data system providers.
Document IT systems, network configurations, and SOPs.
Support software and cloud services used by performance, logistics, and media teams.
