Job summary

W Racingteam is seeking a FUN CUP Technical Engineer to provide on-track and workshop technical support. This full-time role involves organizing the engine and gearbox department, driving technical developments, and coordinating testing of new parts and systems.

You will prepare technical documentation, collaborate with organisers and RACB for homologation, and manage quality across parts and cars. Weekend work and travel to race circuits are expected in line with business needs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in motorsport.
• Strong knowledge of car systems and parts.
• Experience in vehicle diagnostics and testing highly desirable.
• Fluent English and French, with precise technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Organisation of the engine and gearbox department.
• Technical developments and improvements on cars, systems and parts.
• Organise testing of new parts and systems.
• Prepare technical documentation and assembly procedures.
• Work with organisers and RACB for homologation and regulations.
• In charge of quality management of parts and cars.
• Improve overall quality for cars and parts.
• Improve car assembly efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing and parts support.
