Pratt Miller, an Oshkosh company, seeks a NASCAR Track Support Representative to deliver on-site technical support for Pratt Miller software tools during NASCAR events. The role emphasizes data acquisition, processing, management, and delivery with a strong software background.

The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in Engineering or CS and 3+ years in IT, Windows/Linux, and networking. A high-pressure, customer-focused, communicative team player is preferred.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology, Systems Support, or Database Administration.
• Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and arrive at a practical solution.
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows/Windows Server operating systems and Linux operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site technical and user support for Pratt Miller software tools at NASCAR Sprint Cup races (41 events per year).
• Also provide limited support for supported Truck teams at companion events.
• Provide expert-level user support for clients as needed.
• Proactively check in with clients to identify support needs.
• Maintain a trackside library of all current versions of Pratt Miller software toolsets and support materials.
