Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Track Side Customer Service Representative to deliver ultimate guest services at venues nationwide. You'll handle sales, promote merchandise and provide technical support for trackside customers, collaborating with an on-site team.

Must be able to travel to events; strong customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment are essential. Weekend/evening shifts align with event schedules; physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and write routine reports; effectively communicate with customers.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work on-site at events.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-location vending setup, opening, operation and closing.
• Sales: interact with customers, recommend products and promote merchandise.
• Provide technical support for track sales and rental radios/equipment; troubleshoot issues.
• Travel to NASCAR events; company provides travel accommodations; deliver high level customer service.
