Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and visual instructions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to work independently when needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, climb, kneel, and work outdoors.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites, including weekends and overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain railroad tracks and related infrastructure.
• Perform track construction and repair tasks, including switches and ties.
• Operate manual tools and specialized equipment as required.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify wear or safety concerns.
• Record work performed and report issues to supervisors.
