Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior railroad/heavy construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain railroad tracks and infrastructure.
• Perform track construction and repairs.
• Operate manual tools and specialized equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections of track components.
• Record work and report issues to supervisors.
• Respond to after-hours callouts for repairs.
• Assist in re-railing train cars and restoring track integrity.
• Participate in site safety briefings and hazard reporting.
• Support site setup and cleanup for safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE use.
• Collaborate with crew and maintain professionalism.
