Job summary

Railserve is hiring dependable Track Laborers in Indiana to support track construction, maintenance, and inspection projects. This hands-on, outdoor role requires teamwork to ensure safe and efficient rail operations.

Starting compensation is $20.00 per hour, with full-time schedule including nights and weekends as needed. You will perform physically demanding labor, assist with track installation and maintenance, and support field operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor in outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy materials and equipment.
• Military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive spikes and assist with track installation and maintenance.
• Move and set cross ties and sections of rail.
• Shovel ballast and support track alignment.
• Adjust and lubricate switches and tighten track bolts.
