Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5–7 years of experience in railroad track construction.
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of track construction, maintenance, and defect identification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct crews performing track construction and rail yard work.
  • Plan and coordinate materials, equipment, and staffing for projects.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with FRA rules and company procedures.
  • Oversee daily crew activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
