Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Track Equipment / Process Engineer to support qualification, optimization, and long-term performance of clean track systems in a high-volume semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities include sustaining track equipment, troubleshooting, installing new photoresist materials, and producing clear technical docs for internal and customer reviews. A BS/MS in engineering and 3+ years of fab experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with fab module equipment or process operations.
• Desirable: experience on clean track (Lithography) systems.
• Experience in Tier 1 wafer fab environments is highly desirable.
• Background in semiconductor wafer fabrication site within device manufacturer or equipment supplier preferred.
• Experience identifying and implementing hardware CIP to improve process performance.
• Experience with experimental design, statistical tools, and SPC methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal/external customers.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, reaching, handling, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Qualify, sustain, and optimize clean track equipment in a high volume fab environment.
• Support process and equipment troubleshooting, tool matching, root cause analysis, and process transfers.
• Lead installation and qualification of new photoresist materials on existing tools.
• Prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and customer review.
• Contribute to process spec responses, resist evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate in cleanroom environments within a multicultural cross-functional team.
