Job summary

Cleanpart USA, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for Semiconductor Precision Cleaning to join our manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ.

You will develop, optimize, and validate precision cleaning processes for semiconductor equipment components, drive improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and lead projects from concept to validation. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customers to solve tough manufacturing challenges and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Lead equipment and process improvement projects from concept through installation, commissioning, and validation.
• Investigate process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer teams to resolve technical challenges and improve manufacturing performance.
