HF Sinclair invites applications for the TRACK Contractor Management Program Leader to drive enterprise-wide leadership, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the TRACK CMP. You will champion new technologies and process improvements to optimize contractor timekeeping, cost visibility, and compliance across HF Sinclair locations.

Leading enterprise testing, upgrades, integrations, and training, you will standardize TRACK processes, measure KPIs, and collaborate with Accounting,

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of supervisory or equivalent experience.
• Experience in contract administration or related petrochemical support preferred.
• Experience with system implementation and process optimization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the TRACK CMP implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancements.
• Identify and implement new technologies and automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Lead governance, training, and stakeholder engagement across the enterprise.
