Job summary

Management Controls Inc. is seeking a Services Consultant to support clients in Houston, TX, focusing on contractor management and Track platform optimization. You will learn Track University training on the job and become a go-to expert for configuration, testing, and user enablement.

You’ll collaborate with clients across divisions to standardize processes, train end users, and ensure successful deployments while developing your technical and practical capabilities in a rapidly growing team.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification preferred, but not required.
• Experience in finance, procurement, contractor management, IT or heavy industry.
• Able to travel up to 50% and occasionally for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clients to expand their contractor management strategy and business processes across major divisions using industry best practices.
• Works with MCi team and client stakeholders to optimize contractor workflows and Track usage.
• Assists clients with Master Data identification and organization as required.
• Provides instructor-led training in groups or one-on-one and supports end users during deployment.
• Becomes a Track SME and champion, promoting system/process knowledge internally and externally.
• Facilitates Track daily settlement processes and ensures compliance via computer-based software.
• Uses Track reporting to audit role compliance, timeliness, due dates, and error corrections.
• Assigns schedules and pay formulas within Track for accurate net billable hours.
• Manages daily business processes in Track to confirm settlement of charges in the client ERP.
• Delivers training to Supervisors and Vendors during onboarding and maintenance.
• Manages user accounts, report filters, and ad hoc requests.
• Maintains up-to-date labor, equipment, and material rate information for contract compliance.
• Provides support for Track Platform issues that affect daily settlement operations.
