Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a seasoned project manager to own client relationships and the testing program, from scoping proposals to scheduling crews against pour calendars and reviewing reports before shipment. You will keep projects profitable, informed, and running with real authority and accountability.

You will run multiple concurrent projects, coordinating field and lab resources, maintaining budgets, invoicing inputs, and ensuring timely communications with clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
• Manage budgets, invoicing inputs, and client communication.
• Grow accounts through delivered reliability.
