Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist for the Plainfield site to lead continuous improvement initiatives across 24x7 operations. You will drive the Manufacturing Management System (MMS) and deploy the TRACC operating system, empowering teams to deliver sustained performance gains and cost savings.

The role requires expertise in CI methodologies, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement to embed best practices across production and technical functions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing excellence tools and techniques such as A3 Problem Solving, 5S, Set-Up Time Reduction, Lean Six Sigma, and Reliability-Centered Maintenance.
• Knowledge of planning processes and optimizing demand cycles.
• Working knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement activities across the Plainfield site.
• Drive MMS to embed good practices and standardize improvements.
• Deploy TRACC to enhance people, plant and process performance.
