Job summary

The Raymond Corporation in Muscatine, IA is seeking a Toyota Production System Analyst to drive continuous improvement on the production floor. You will collaborate with manufacturing engineers, design engineers and production managers to identify opportunities, implement countermeasures, and build TPS capability with data-driven insights.

Standard hours are 6am–3pm with up to 15% travel. Relocation assistance may be available, and a strong benefits package supports your growth and development.

Qualifications

Associates Degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience with Kaizen, Muda, 5S, and Quality Control Circles.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis to drive manufacturing improvements.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Eng., Design Eng., and Production Managers to develop countermeasures.
Use data to improve training to prevent repeat problems.
Observe processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Analyze data in Excel.
