Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in service parts distribution or lean distribution.
• Proven project management and communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities.
• Experience with Standard Work, Time Study, Gentani, MIFC, TBP, JKK & A3 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Analysts in process improvement and project development across PCs, PDCs, and 3PLs.
• Support labor and cost initiatives through Kaizen and Jishuken activities.
• Help develop business cases for team and network projects.
• Collaborate with Facility Process Design, Real Estate & Facilities, and network teams to standardize designs.
• Facilitate Yokoten deployment of warehouse kaizen and standards across field locations.
• Prepare materials and data for training, presentations, and Kaizen events.
• Manage department expense budget monthly.
