Job summary

Toyota is seeking an Analyst of TPS Promotions to lead the Service Parts Operations field activities, applying Toyota Production System principles to improve safety, quality, cost, and service across a distributed network of parts centers and 3PL partners.

You will manage, track, and report project progress, support annual planning, and drive continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on teamwork and strategic collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations management, supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, and/or 2+ years of experience in service parts distribution / lean distribution or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Analysts in process improvement, project development and implementation across the PCs, PDCs & 3PLs.
• Support labor and cost initiatives through Gentani studies and Kaizen activity.
• Support business case development for team and network projects.
• Collaborate with Facility Process Design, Real Estate & Facilities, PDCs/PCs, and Strategy teams to standardize project designs.
• Promote Yokoten deployment of warehouse kaizen and standards across locations.
