Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with TPRM knowledge and process mapping/documentation.
• Focus on process mapping, documentation, standardization, training/job aids, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Risk SMEs and business stakeholders to document current and future-state TPRM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection and documentation of process details, workflows, and business requirements.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to capture future processes and dependencies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflow maps and SOPs.
• Support continuous improvement by documenting current-state processes and enhancement opportunities.
• Ensure documentation aligns with governance and standards.
• Create desktop job aids translating requirements into user-friendly instructions.
• Assist in standardizing risk assessment methodologies and templates.
