Job summary

The Training & Development (T&D) Coordinator at Owens Corning Foundation in North Carolina is responsible for coordinating the site Training and Development program and processes that drive business results and TPM progression. This role partners closely with the T&D Pillar Leader, site leadership, pillar leaders, TPM teams, and shop floor employees to build capabilities.

You will support skill development and upskilling across the site through skill matrix gap closure, training needs analysis,

Qualifications

• Create and maintain safety and process training documentation.
• Update training materials to reflect process changes.
• Maintain training records, cross-training matrices, and assigned training matrices.
• Follow standard operating procedures and established processes.
• Manage the site document control system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive the site Training and Development program and TPM progression.
• Partner with T&D Pillar Leader, site leadership, pillar leaders, TPM teams, and shop floor employees.
• Develop and maintain hands-on shop floor learning standards and training models.
• Lead or participate in skill gap analyses and training needs assessments.
• Provide training administration and logistics support, including LMS content management.
