Job summary

You will coordinate programs, manage training records, and collaborate with leaders, ensuring cross-training and skill matrix updates. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, safety, and continuous improvement in a non-union plant environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED equivalence.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and TPM methodology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site Training and Development (T&D) programs to drive TPM progression.
• Maintain training records and cross-training matrices.
• Support Management of Change process for training materials and documentation.
• Explain training cycle phases and assist with master plan updates.
• Track training hours, center use, and KPIs; prepare for T&D audits.
• Train employees on T&D processes and tools; utilize dynamic delivery techniques.
• Drive implementation of training plans in partnership with leadership.
