Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator for our Colfax, NC site to manage the training program and TPM progression. You will partner with site leadership and TPM teams to drive skill development and upskilling across the shop floor.

The role emphasizes developing hands-on learning standards, maintaining training models, and supporting safety, quality, and documentation initiatives. This is an on-site, hourly position with opportunities to impact daily operations.

Qualifications

• Coordinate the site Training & Development program and TPM progression.
• Identify training needs and close skill gaps using the skill matrix.
• Develop and maintain shop floor learning standards and training models.
• Incorporate safety, quality, and TPM concepts into training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings and daily huddles to align training with priorities and site goals.
• Create and maintain safety and process training documentation.
• Manage LMS content, track training completion, and update matrices.
• Coordinate and support New Hire Orientation and hands-on learning on the floor.
