Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Planner to drive TPM transformation, implement rapid change, and lead a hands-on team. You will prioritize opportunities, manage multiple improvement projects, and work under the Senior Maintenance Manager to improve maintenance processes and plant performance.

The role involves 2-2-3 12 hour schedule (6:00 am - 6:00 pm) and requires strong TPM/Lean experience in manufacturing, with emphasis on safety, equipment data accuracy, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, especially aseptic environments.
• Proven experience in technical program management.
• Experience facilitating TPM, Lean, Kaizen/Six Sigma events and driving lean transformation.
• Mechanical/electrical experience maintaining production equipment preferred.
• Experience coaching and leading cross-functional teams and providing work direction.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Well organized, data-driven, and results oriented.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements process enhancements to improve PM activities.
• Maximize asset utilization and plant performance and report KPI's.
• Supports training to improve capability of maintenance technicians and operators.
• Leads TPM planning and execution events for all equipment across the site.
• Drives preventive and routine maintenance plans for TPM events and manages CMMS data accuracy.
