Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Planner to lead TPM-driven improvements across site maintenance. You will guide hands-on teams, prioritize opportunities, and manage multiple improvement projects under senior leadership, applying TPM and Lean methods to enhance asset utilization and plant performance.

You will train technicians, drive predictive maintenance, and coordinate with OEMs and contractors to optimize maintenance programs and spare parts management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, especially aseptic environments.
• Proven experience in technical program management.
• Strong competence with SAP CMMS.
• Experience facilitating TPM, Lean, Kaizen/Six Sigma events in manufacturing.
• Mechanical/electrical experience maintaining production equipment preferred.
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams and leading work direction.

Responsibilities

• Implements process enhancements to improve PM activities.
• Maximizes asset utilization and reports department KPI’s.
• Trains maintenance technicians and operators to improve capability.
• Leads TPM planning and execution events for all equipment.
• Drives preventive maintenance plans, downtimes reduction, and data accuracy.
• Audits PM procedures based on line efficiency data and downtime metrics.
• Manages spare parts lists and BOM data; coordinates overhaul reviews.
• Supports predictive maintenance programs and lean transformation initiatives.
• Coordinates service levels, schedules contractors, and optimizes stockroom processes.
• Facilitates cross-functional teams and drives Kaizen/Six Sigma events.
